Isopropamide, Prochlorperazine falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Lime interacts with.

Here's the thing to know about this combo: prochlorperazine (one of the two ingredients in Combid) can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight on its own. That means you may sunburn faster or develop a rash with sun exposure. Lime oil contains plant compounds that, at least in lab studies, can also boost the skin's reaction to UV light. Stacked together, the worry is a little more chance of phototoxicity, which simply means an exaggerated sunburn-like reaction.
This is mostly theoretical and based on lab work, not strong human studies. Eating a lime or having it in a drink is very unlikely to be a problem. The bigger concern is concentrated lime essential oil, especially applied to the skin. Use sunscreen, and check with your pharmacist if you plan to use lime oil products.
