Here's the concern with pairing Manchurian Thorn and your testosterone injection. Testosterone, including the enanthate form (Xyosted), can put some stress on the liver. Manchurian Thorn might do the same: in animal studies, high doses appeared to cause liver damage. Put two things that lean on the liver together, and in theory you could raise the risk of liver irritation.

I want to be honest with you though, this is a theoretical worry based on lab and animal data, not human reports. So I'm not ringing alarm bells. Still, watch for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and let your doctor know. Since your testosterone already calls for routine lab checks, it's worth mentioning this supplement to your pharmacist or prescriber before starting it.

About Testosterone Injection

What Is Testosterone Injection Used For?

Brand name: Xyosted

Testosterone injection is primarily used in men whose bodies do not produce enough testosterone on their own — a condition called hypogonadism. This includes primary hypogonadism (a problem with the testicles themselves, such as from injury, infection, or surgery) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (caused by problems in the brain's hormone signaling from the hypothalamus or pituitary gland). It is also used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected adolescent males with clearly delayed puberty who have not responded to other support.

Testosterone Enanthate Injection is also approved for use in women with advanced, inoperable metastatic breast cancer (specifically skeletal metastases) who are one to five years past menopause, or in premenopausal women with hormone-responsive breast cancer who have had their ovaries removed. This use should be directed by an oncologist. Aveed (testosterone undecanoate) is specifically approved for male hypogonadism only.
