Eprosartan falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group N-methyltyramine interacts with.
Some antihypertensive drugs include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), diltiazem (Cardizem), Amlodipine (Norvasc), hydrochlorothiazide (HydroDiuril), furosemide (Lasix), and many others.

Here's the gist: Eprosartan (Teveten) is a blood pressure medicine that relaxes your blood vessels so blood flows more easily. N-methyltyramine, which shows up in a lot of pre-workout and weight-loss products, may gently switch on your body's "fight or flight" system. That can nudge blood pressure up, which works against what eprosartan is trying to do. In theory, taking them together could blunt your medicine and leave your numbers higher than expected.
I want to be honest about the evidence: this comes from animal and lab studies, not from people, so it's marked minor. It may not amount to much in real life. Still, if you take eprosartan for blood pressure, it's worth running any stimulant supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.

Eprosartan is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. Eprosartan is in a class of medications called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. It works by blocking the action of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.

High blood pressure is a common condition, and when not treated it can cause damage to the brain, heart, blood vessels, kidneys, and other parts of the body. Damage to these organs may cause heart disease, a heart attack, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, loss of vision, and other problems. In addition to taking medication, making lifestyle changes will also help to control your blood pressure. These changes include eating a diet that is low in fat and salt, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising at least 30 minutes most days, not smoking, and using alcohol in moderation.
