Here's the thing to keep in mind with Dristan: the ibuprofen part is an NSAID, and NSAIDs already nudge your bleeding risk up a bit by making platelets less sticky and by being a little rough on the stomach lining. Nattokinase has its own mild clot-busting, blood-thinning action, so stacking the two could add up and raise your chance of bleeding. In real life that might look like easy bruising, nosebleeds, stomach upset, or dark stools, and rarely something more serious.

I'll be honest, the evidence here is thin (mostly lab and animal data, plus one case report with aspirin), so I'm not trying to scare you. The pseudoephedrine part isn't really involved in this. Still, before you combine them, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
