Here's the simple version: nebivolol (Bystolic) already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels and easing your heart rate. Some small studies suggest nattokinase may nudge blood pressure down a little too. Stack the two together and your numbers could dip lower than expected.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly. I want to be honest, though: this concern is theoretical, based on how these two work rather than strong human studies, so it may not amount to much for many people. Still, since both can lower pressure, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding nattokinase. Please don't stop or change your nebivolol on your own.
