Here's something a little reassuring about bromfenac (Prolensa, Bromsite): it's an eye drop you use after cataract surgery, and very little of it gets into your bloodstream. So even though bromfenac is an NSAID and NSAIDs can nudge up bleeding risk, the amount circulating in your body from these drops is small.

The concern on file is that nattokinase may thin the blood and help break down clots. Stacking it with anything that affects bleeding could, in theory, raise bleeding risk a bit. Honestly, the evidence here is weak (mostly lab and animal data, plus one case report with aspirin), and eye drops aren't the same as a daily blood thinner. Still, it's worth a quick mention to your eye surgeon or pharmacist before you start nattokinase.
