Here's the thing about streptokinase: it's a powerful clot-busting (thrombolytic) drug given in the hospital for serious emergencies like heart attacks, big blood clots in the lungs, or strokes. Its whole job is to break down clots fast, which already carries a real risk of bleeding. Nattokinase works in a similar lane, helping break down fibrin (the mesh that holds clots together).

So stacking the two could add up and raise your bleeding risk, including dangerous bleeding like in the brain. That said, the evidence here is mostly lab-based plus one case report with aspirin, so it's more theoretical than proven. In real life, streptokinase is only given under close medical watch, and you wouldn't take a supplement during that. Still, always tell your care team about any supplements you use.
