Hydrocodone, Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Niacin interacts with.

Theoretically, niacin may have additive effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Several cases of clotting factor synthesis deficiency and coagulopathy have been reported in patients taking sustained-release niacin. Also, thrombocytopenia has been reported in patients treated with niacin or niacin plus lovastatin.

Here's the connection worth knowing about Vicoprofen (which combines hydrocodone for pain and ibuprofen, an NSAID). The ibuprofen part can mildly thin the blood and irritate the stomach lining, so it nudges you toward easier bleeding or bruising on its own. High-dose niacin has been linked, in a handful of reports, to lower clotting factors and reduced platelets. Stack those together and the theory is that bleeding risk could add up a little.

I want to be honest: this is theoretical, based on how these things work plus a few case reports, not strong proof. Everyday food and a normal multivitamin amount of niacin won't matter here. If you're on big cholesterol-type niacin doses, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
