When used orally in amounts that do not exceed the tolerable upper intake level (UL) for niacinamide. The UL of niacinamide during pregnancy and lactation is 30 mg daily for those 14-18 years of age and 35 mg daily for those 19 years and older. There is insufficient reliable information available about the safety of larger oral doses of niacinamide or topical niacinamide; avoid using.

It is well established for preventing and treating vitamin B3 deficiency, and there is moderate evidence for some skin uses, but many popular claims are still being studied. What Is Sertraline Used For?

Sertraline treats a range of mental health conditions. All formulations are approved for major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The oral solution (including Zoloft oral solution) and several tablet formulations are also approved for panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
