Cyclizine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Nutmeg interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of nutmeg and anticholinergic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of either agent.

Here's the quick picture for Cyclizine (Marezine), which is an antihistamine people use for motion sickness, nausea, and dizziness. Part of how it works is by blocking acetylcholine, a signaling chemical in the body (that's its anticholinergic side). Lab and animal studies hint that nutmeg may do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels up. If that holds true in people, nutmeg could in theory work against Cyclizine and make it a little less effective, so you might notice more nausea or queasiness than expected.

Honestly though, this is a theoretical concern based only on animal data, and the small amount of nutmeg used in cooking is very unlikely to matter. Large medicinal doses are a different story and aren't safe anyway. If you have questions, just check with your pharmacist or doctor.
