Dextroamphetamine Sulphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Oregon Grape interacts with.

Theoretically, Oregon grape might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence suggest that berberine, a constituent of Oregon grape, can inhibit cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6).

Here's the short version: your body partly clears dextroamphetamine through a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. The berberine in Oregon grape can slow that enzyme down. When that happens, your medication may not be broken down as quickly, so a bit more can build up in your system than usual. With a stimulant like Dexedrine, that could mean more of the typical effects, things like a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or a poor appetite.

I'll be honest, this is mostly theoretical and based on lab work plus some early human data, so it may not cause a noticeable problem for everyone. Still, before you pair them, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on how you feel.
