Levamlodipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Oregon Grape interacts with.

Theoretically, Oregon grape might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Animal research suggests that berberine, a constituent of Oregon grape, can have hypotensive effects. Also, an analysis of clinical evidence suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine (Norvasc) can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with taking amlodipine alone.

Levamlodipine (Conjupri) is a calcium channel blocker, so its whole job is to relax your blood vessels and bring your blood pressure down. Oregon grape contains berberine, which on its own may also nudge blood pressure lower. Put the two together and those effects can stack, meaning your numbers could drop a bit more than expected.

If your pressure goes too low, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or notice your ankles puffing up a little (a known effect of this drug class). Keep in mind this concern is mostly theoretical, built from animal and small clinical data, not strong human studies. Still, before adding an Oregon grape supplement, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your readings.

In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence suggest that berberine, a constituent of Oregon grape, moderately inhibits cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4).

Here's the gist with levamlodipine (Conjupri), your blood pressure pill. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to break it down. Berberine, the main active compound in Oregon grape, may gently slow that enzyme down. If clearance slows, more levamlodipine can linger in your system, which could nudge its effects stronger. With this drug, that might show up as too-low blood pressure, dizziness, flushing, headache, or swollen ankles.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is mostly theoretical, based on lab work and a little early human data, not solid proof. It may never cause a real problem for you. Still, before pairing concentrated Oregon grape supplements with your blood pressure medicine, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
