Sitaxsentan sodium falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Oregon Grape interacts with.

Theoretically, Oregon grape might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Animal research suggests that berberine, a constituent of Oregon grape, can have hypotensive effects. Also, an analysis of clinical evidence suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine (Norvasc) can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with taking amlodipine alone.

Here's the simple version. Sitaxsentan (Thelin) is used for pulmonary arterial hypertension, and one of its effects is to relax blood vessels, which can lower blood pressure. Oregon grape contains berberine, and animal studies suggest berberine can also nudge blood pressure down. Put the two together and, in theory, your blood pressure might dip a bit lower than expected.

If that happened, you could feel lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or faint, especially when standing up quickly. I want to be honest, though: this concern comes from lab and animal research, not solid human studies with this drug, so it's a theoretical caution rather than a proven problem. Don't change anything on your own. Just check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
