Rose Hip Rose hip, also known as rose haw or rose hep, is the fruit of the rose plant and is often utilized in both food and medicine. Rose hips have been used traditionally in herbal medicine to treat a variety of conditions, including colds, flu, and digestive problems. They are also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be helpful in the treatment of joint pain and other inflammatory conditions.
