Hydrochlorothiazide, Moexipril falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Stevia interacts with.

Theoretically, combining stevia or stevia constituents with antihypertensive agents might increase the risk of hypotension.
Stevia extract and stevioside might lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension. However, other clinical research suggests that stevioside does not significantly lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Your Uniretic combines two blood pressure medicines: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and moexipril (an ACE inhibitor). Both are working to bring your blood pressure down. The idea here is that stevia, in concentrated supplement form, might nudge blood pressure a little lower too, so in theory the two together could push your readings further down than expected.

Honestly, this is a weak, theory-based concern. The research is mixed, and some studies showed stevia did not really lower blood pressure at all. The tiny amount of stevia you'd use to sweeten coffee or tea is very unlikely to matter. If you take larger stevia supplements, just watch for dizziness, lightheadedness, or feeling faint when standing up, and check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
