Perindopril Arginine, Amlodipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Tribulus interacts with.

Theoretically, taking tribulus with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that tribulus can lower blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Tribulus has also demonstrated hypotensive effects in pre-hypertensive adults.

Prestalia pairs two blood pressure medicines: perindopril, an ACE inhibitor, and amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Here's the interesting part with Tribulus. In animal studies, this plant seems to lower blood pressure partly by blocking ACE, the very same enzyme perindopril works on. It has also nudged blood pressure down a bit in pre-hypertensive people. So adding Tribulus on top of Prestalia could, in theory, push your blood pressure lower than intended.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or off-balance, especially when standing up quickly. Keep in mind this comes from animal and early human data, so it's a possible concern, not a proven one. Before starting Tribulus, just check in with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your numbers.
