Treprostinil (Inh) falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Tribulus interacts with.

Theoretically, taking tribulus with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that tribulus can lower blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Tribulus has also demonstrated hypotensive effects in pre-hypertensive adults.

Here's the gist for your inhaled treprostinil (Tyvaso). This medicine works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, so it can naturally lower blood pressure on its own. Tribulus may also nudge blood pressure downward (animal studies suggest it can block ACE, and one small human study showed a mild drop). Stack the two together and you could, in theory, see a bigger blood pressure dip than expected.

What that might feel like: more dizziness, lightheadedness, flushing, or feeling faint, especially when you stand up quickly. I want to be honest though, this concern rests on weak, mostly lab and animal evidence, so it's more of a caution than a red alert. Please don't change anything on your own. Just run the tribulus by your pharmacist or doctor first.

What Is Treprostinil Oral Inhalation Used For?

Brand name: Tyvaso

Treprostinil oral inhalation is used to treat two serious lung conditions that raise pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. It helps improve how much physical activity you can do.

Tyvaso inhalation solution and Tyvaso DPI are both indicated to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH; WHO Group 1) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD; WHO Group 3). Clinical studies establishing effectiveness in PAH primarily included patients with moderate symptoms (NYHA Class III) whose PAH was idiopathic, heritable, or related to connective tissue disease. Studies in PH-ILD primarily included patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema, or connective tissue disease-related lung disease.
