Here's the idea behind this pairing. Vumerity (diroximel fumarate) calms down an overactive immune system to help control your MS. Trichopus zeylanicus, on the other hand, has been suggested in animal and lab studies to do the opposite, meaning it may gently rev the immune system up. If that effect holds true in people, the herb could theoretically push against what your medication is trying to do and make it work less well.

I want to be honest with you though: this is a theoretical concern based on early research, not real-world reports in patients. Still, since keeping MS relapses in check matters so much, I wouldn't add this supplement without first running it by your neurologist or pharmacist. They can help you weigh it for your specific situation.
