Diroximel fumarate (Vumerity) treats relapsing multiple sclerosis by quieting an overactive immune system, and I read its interaction list with real seriousness. Four of the 106 entries rate major, and none are exotic. Beer and wine both qualify because heavy alcohol piles onto the liver stress this drug can already cause, Siberian cocklebur carries its own documented record of liver injury, and activated charcoal can trap the medicine in the gut so less of it reaches your blood.
