Diroximel Fumarate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the concern with pairing Vumerity (diroximel fumarate) and Testolone: both can be hard on your liver. Vumerity itself can raise liver enzymes in some people, and Testolone (RAD-140) has been linked to liver injury, including a real case report and elevated enzymes seen in early dosing studies. Stack two liver stressors together and the strain may add up.

Watch for signs like unusual tiredness, belly pain on your right side, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or nausea. To be honest, I'd steer clear of Testolone entirely. It's an unapproved, illegally sold compound with no proven safety. Please talk with your neurologist or pharmacist before combining anything new with your MS treatment.
