Testolone + Nifedipine
Nifedipine brand names: Procardia XL, Adalat PA, Adalat, Nifedin, Nifed PA, and others.
Testolone has a moderate interaction with Nifedipine. Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Nifedipine
Nifedipine falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the main concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) and nifedipine: it isn't about one changing the other's potency. Instead, both can be hard on your liver, so taking them together may stack up that stress. Testolone has been tied to real liver injury, including a case report and raised liver enzymes in a dosing study. Nifedipine, while usually well tolerated, can occasionally bump up liver enzymes too.
Keep in mind this is largely theoretical and based on weak evidence, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product with known harms. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

Questions About Testolone or Nifedipine
These are real questions from readers, answered by the pharmacists at HelloPharmacist — written by a person, not generated from a database. Each one covers Testolone or Nifedipine, not necessarily both, but if one is close to what you were about to ask it will usually go further than a database entry can:

About Testolone
What is Testolone?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance and bodybuilding
- Strength gains
- Body recomposition (fat loss with muscle gain)
Testolone (RAD-140) is a synthetic experimental drug called a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), not a dietary supplement or herb, and it is not approved or proven safe for human use. It is illegally sold for muscle building, has been linked to serious harms including liver injury, and is banned in sports — it should not be taken outside of supervised clinical research.
About Nifedipine
What Is Nifedipine Used For?
Brand names: Procardia XL, Adalat PA, Adalat, Nifedin, Nifed PA, Nifed, Procardia, Adalat XL, Adalat CC, Adalat LA, Adalat Retard, Adipine MR, Adipine XL, Cardilate MR, Coracten SR, Coracten XL, Fortipine LA 40, Hypolar Retard 20, Nifedipress MR, Nifopress Retard, Tensipine MR
Nifedipine treats vasospastic angina (chest pain caused by a spasm in a heart artery) and chronic stable angina (chest pain that comes on with effort). It can be used for chronic stable angina when other treatments, such as beta blockers or nitrates, haven't worked well enough or can't be tolerated.
Nifedipine extended-release tablets, including Procardia XL, are also used to treat high blood pressure. The nifedipine capsule label covers the angina uses only.

Nifedipine Is Linked to Lower Levels of 2 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Nifedipine as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Testolone — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
