In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the simple version: this isn't about Testolone changing how your verapamil works in your bloodstream. It's about both being hard on your liver. Testolone (RAD-140) has been linked to real liver injury, including a case report and elevated liver enzymes in early studies. Verapamil, while usually well tolerated, can occasionally stress the liver too. Stacked together, the worry is that the strain could add up.

To be honest, this is largely a theoretical concern, and the bigger issue is that Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold SARM that isn't proven safe at all. If you notice yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual fatigue, those can signal liver trouble. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining these.

About Verapamil

What Is Verapamil Used For?

Brand names: Isoptin SR, Verelan, Isoptin, Calan SR, Verelan SR, Calan, Covera HS, Verap, Veramil

Verapamil tablets and film-coated tablets are used to treat angina — including vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina, unstable angina, and chronic stable angina — as well as certain abnormal heart rhythms (arrhythmias) and high blood pressure (essential hypertension). For arrhythmias, regular-release tablets are used alongside digoxin to control heart rate in atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation, and to help prevent episodes of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), a type of rapid heartbeat.

Extended-release and sustained-release oral forms (tablets and capsules) are indicated specifically for high blood pressure. Verapamil hydrochloride injection is used in hospital settings for rapid conversion of SVT to normal rhythm and for temporary control of fast heart rates in atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation.
