Phenytoin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) and phenytoin: both can be hard on your liver. Phenytoin already carries a known, though uncommon, risk of liver injury. Testolone has been tied to liver damage in a case report and to raised liver enzymes in early human dosing studies. Stacking two liver stressors together could add up, which is why this is flagged as a possible, moderate concern.

Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the upper right side, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product with real safety worries, so I'd strongly encourage you to talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your phenytoin.

About Phenytoin

What Is Phenytoin Used For?

Brand names: Dilantin Kapseals, Dilantin, Di-Phen, Dilantin Infatabs, Phenytek, Dilantin injection

Phenytoin is used to treat and prevent seizures. The specific types covered depend on the formulation. Oral extended-release capsules (including Phenytek), chewable tablets (including Dilantin Infatabs and Phenytoin Infatabs), and oral suspension (including Dilantin-125) are used for tonic-clonic (grand mal) and psychomotor (temporal lobe) seizures; most oral forms also cover prevention and treatment of seizures occurring during or after neurosurgery. Chewable tablets and some capsule formulations also cover complex partial seizures.

Parenteral (injectable) phenytoin sodium is used for generalized tonic-clonic status epilepticus (a prolonged, life-threatening seizure emergency) and for prevention and treatment of seizures during neurosurgery. The IV form can also substitute short-term for oral phenytoin when a patient cannot take it by mouth.
