Testolone + Ciprofloxacin
Ciprofloxacin brand names: Cipro, Ciprobay, Cipro XR, Ciloxan, Cipro IV, and others.
Testolone has a moderate interaction with Ciprofloxacin. Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Ciprofloxacin
Ciprofloxacin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern when you pair these two: Testolone (RAD-140) has been linked to liver injury, including raised liver enzymes in studies and at least one case report of real liver damage. Ciprofloxacin, while usually well tolerated, can also occasionally stress the liver. Put them together and you may have two things tugging on the same organ at once, which could add up.
This is mostly a theoretical, additive worry rather than a proven head-to-head interaction, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, watch for signs your liver is unhappy: yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, belly pain on the upper right side, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, Testolone isn't approved or proven safe at all, so please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining it with Cipro.

This page covers Testolone only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Ciprofloxacin page lists 163 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.

By severity: 8 major · 133 moderate · 22 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Ciprofloxacin page
“A glass of apple or grapefruit juice can sharply cut how much ciprofloxacin (Cipro) your body absorbs, because these juices block a transporter the antibiotic needs to reach the bloodstream. That is one of eight major-rated risks among the 163 supplement and herbal ingredients on file, and I treat this list as a genuine warning rather…”

About Testolone
What is Testolone?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance and bodybuilding
- Strength gains
- Body recomposition (fat loss with muscle gain)
Testolone (RAD-140) is a synthetic experimental drug called a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), not a dietary supplement or herb, and it is not approved or proven safe for human use. It is illegally sold for muscle building, has been linked to serious harms including liver injury, and is banned in sports — it should not be taken outside of supervised clinical research.
About Ciprofloxacin
What Is Ciprofloxacin Used For?
Brand names: Cipro, Ciprobay, Cipro XR, Ciloxan, Cipro IV, Otiprio
Ciprofloxacin belongs to a class of antibiotics called fluoroquinolones. It's prescribed to treat bacterial infections in many parts of the body — including the urinary tract, skin, lungs, bones, joints, and digestive system. It's also used to protect against or treat anthrax and plague after exposure.
Because ciprofloxacin carries real risks, it's reserved for milder conditions like sinus infections, simple bladder infections, and flare-ups of chronic bronchitis only when there are no safer alternatives available.
