In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) and cyclosporine: both can be hard on your liver. Cyclosporine itself can sometimes raise liver enzymes and stress the liver, and Testolone has been tied to liver injury too, including a case report of one man developing liver damage and high enzyme readings in early dose studies. Put them together and that strain may add up.

This is mostly a theoretical, additive worry rather than one specific chemical reaction, but it's worth taking seriously since cyclosporine is a careful-dosing transplant medicine where liver health really matters. Honestly, I'd steer clear of Testolone altogether (it isn't an approved supplement), and definitely loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything new with cyclosporine.

Cyclosporine is prescribed to help prevent the body from rejecting a transplanted kidney, liver, or heart. It is often used alongside other immunosuppressive medicines as part of a full transplant care plan.

It is also used for adults with severe, active rheumatoid arthritis that hasn't responded well enough to methotrexate, and for adults with severe plaque psoriasis who haven't had success with other standard treatments.
