Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Cyclophosphamide
Cyclophosphamide falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: both Testolone (RAD-140) and cyclophosphamide can be tough on your liver, so taking them together may stack that risk. Cyclophosphamide is already a powerful chemo drug that can stress the liver, and Testolone has been tied to liver injury in a case report plus raised liver enzymes in an early study. Put them side by side and you could see more strain than from either one alone.
Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, belly pain on the right side, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product with real safety concerns, so please talk with your oncologist or pharmacist before mixing anything new with your cancer treatment.

About Testolone
What is Testolone?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance and bodybuilding
- Strength gains
- Body recomposition (fat loss with muscle gain)
Testolone (RAD-140) is a synthetic experimental drug called a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), not a dietary supplement or herb, and it is not approved or proven safe for human use. It is illegally sold for muscle building, has been linked to serious harms including liver injury, and is banned in sports — it should not be taken outside of supervised clinical research.
About Cyclophosphamide
What Is Cyclophosphamide Used For?
Brand names: Cytoxan, Neosar
Cyclophosphamide is used to treat many types of cancer in adults and children, including malignant lymphomas (such as Hodgkin's disease and Burkitt's lymphoma), multiple myeloma, several forms of leukemia, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, neuroblastoma, retinoblastoma, and advanced mycosis fungoides (a type of skin lymphoma). It is often given alongside other chemotherapy drugs rather than on its own.
Oral and injectable powder formulations (but not the Cyclophosphamide Injection solution concentrate) are also approved for minimal change nephrotic syndrome — a kidney condition — in children who have not responded well to, or cannot tolerate, steroid therapy. The injectable solution concentrate is approved for adult patients only due to its alcohol content, and is not approved for use in children.

Cyclophosphamide Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Cyclophosphamide as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Testolone — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
