HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Diclofenac Sodium
Diclofenac Sodium falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) and diclofenac: both can be hard on your liver. Testolone has been linked to liver injury and rising liver enzyme levels, and diclofenac, like other NSAIDs, can occasionally irritate the liver too. Stacking two things that stress the same organ may add up, raising the odds of liver trouble.
This isn't about diclofenac being changed in your body. It's simply two separate liver stressors at once. Watch for warning signs like yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual tiredness, nausea, or pain in your upper right belly. Keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product I'd steer you away from entirely. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining these.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Diclofenac Sodium page
“Diclofenac (Voltaren), a daily mainstay for arthritis and joint pain, comes with a supplement list that calls for real vigilance. Of the 308 ingredients on file, 7 rate major, and roughly two hundred entries share a single theme: anything with blood-thinning activity adds to diclofenac's own bleeding risk, especially in the stomach.”

Diclofenac Sodium Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Diclofenac Sodium as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Testolone — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
