Fluvastatin brand names: Lescol, Lescol XL.
Testolone has a moderate interaction with Fluvastatin. Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.

HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Fluvastatin
Fluvastatin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: both Testolone (RAD-140) and your fluvastatin can be hard on the liver. Statins like fluvastatin already carry a small risk of raising liver enzymes, and Testolone has been tied to real liver injury in a case report plus high enzyme levels in an early dosing study. Stacked together, those stresses on the liver may add up.
This isn't about Testolone making fluvastatin stronger or weaker. It's about extra strain on the same organ. Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the right side, or unusual fatigue. Honestly, Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product I wouldn't recommend at all. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.

- ProbableInteraction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports.
- PossibleInteraction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
- UnlikelyInteraction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans.

About Testolone
What is Testolone?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance and bodybuilding
- Strength gains
- Body recomposition (fat loss with muscle gain)
Testolone (RAD-140) is a synthetic experimental drug called a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), not a dietary supplement or herb, and it is not approved or proven safe for human use. It is illegally sold for muscle building, has been linked to serious harms including liver injury, and is banned in sports — it should not be taken outside of supervised clinical research.
About Fluvastatin
What Is Fluvastatin Used For?
Brand names: Lescol, Lescol XL
Fluvastatin capsules are used alongside diet to lower total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and apolipoprotein B, and to raise HDL cholesterol in adults with primary hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) or mixed dyslipidemia (abnormal cholesterol and triglyceride levels). Fluvastatin capsules are also used in boys and girls aged 10–16 who have heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (an inherited form of high cholesterol) when diet alone has not worked. In adults with clinically evident coronary heart disease (CHD), fluvastatin capsules may reduce the risk of needing a coronary revascularization procedure (a procedure to restore blood flow, such as angioplasty) and can slow the progression of coronary atherosclerosis (plaque buildup in heart arteries).
Fluvastatin sodium extended-release tablets and Lescol XL (extended-release tablet) share similar uses: reducing LDL cholesterol in adults with primary hyperlipidemia, reducing LDL in adults and children aged 10 and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia who require the highest available dose, and reducing cardiovascular risk in adults with established coronary heart disease. Fluvastatin is always used together with a cholesterol-lowering diet, not as a replacement for one.

Fluvastatin Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Fluvastatin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Testolone — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
