Amiodarone falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the concern with pairing these two: amiodarone is already well known for being tough on the liver. It can slowly raise your liver enzymes and, in some people, cause real liver damage over time. Testolone (RAD-140) has also been tied to liver injury, including a case report of a man who developed liver problems and raised enzymes in early human studies.

So this isn't about one canceling out the other. It's that both can stress the liver, and stacking them could add up to a bigger hit. Warning signs would include yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or feeling unusually wiped out. On top of that, Testolone is an unapproved, illegal product I can't recommend. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with amiodarone.

What Is Amiodarone Used For?

Amiodarone is prescribed for adults with serious, life-threatening heart-rhythm problems that haven't responded to other medications. Specifically, it's used for two dangerous arrhythmias (abnormal heartbeats): recurrent ventricular fibrillation (a chaotic, potentially fatal heart rhythm) and recurrent ventricular tachycardia (a dangerously fast heart rhythm that causes unstable blood pressure).

Because amiodarone comes with significant risks, doctors reserve it for situations where other options haven't worked or can't be tolerated. It is not a first-choice medication — it's a last-resort tool for serious, life-threatening conditions.
