Riluzole falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the simple version: both of these can be tough on your liver. Riluzole is already known to raise liver enzymes in some people, which is why your doctor checks bloodwork regularly while you're on it. Testolone (RAD-140) has also been tied to liver injury and elevated enzymes in early studies and at least one case report. Stack them together and you may add stress on top of stress, raising the chance of liver trouble.

Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, unusual tiredness, nausea, or pain in your upper right belly. Keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product, so I'd be cautious here. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your riluzole.

What Is Riluzole Used For?

Riluzole is approved to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) — the progressive neurological disease also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. This indication is shared across all available riluzole products, including tablets (Rilutek, riluzole), the dissolving oral film (Exservan), and the oral suspension (Tiglutik).

Tiglutik oral suspension is notable in that it can also be given through a PEG-tube (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube) for patients who have difficulty swallowing.
