Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Pitavastatin
Pitavastatin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing Testolone (RAD-140) and pitavastatin: both can be hard on the liver. Statins like pitavastatin can occasionally raise liver enzymes on their own, and Testolone has been tied to real liver injury, including a case report of a 52-year-old man and elevated liver enzymes in a dosing study. Stacking two things that stress the liver may add up.
This isn't about pitavastatin building up or wearing off. It's the overlapping risk of liver strain. Watch for warning signs like unusual tiredness, belly pain on the upper right side, dark urine, or yellowing of your skin or eyes. Honestly, Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product I'd steer clear of. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your statin.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Pitavastatin page
“Liver strain runs through the serious end of pitavastatin's (Zypitamag, Nikita) supplement interactions, and this list deserves real care rather than a quick skim. The biggest cluster of worrisome entries is herbs and ingredients with their own record of liver injury, and alcohol belongs to that group too, with beer and wine both carry…”

About Pitavastatin
What Is Pitavastatin Used For?
Brand names: Zypitamag, Nikita
Pitavastatin tablets are used alongside a cholesterol-lowering diet to reduce LDL-C (low-density lipoprotein, or "bad" cholesterol) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol not caused by another disease).
Livalo, Pitavastatin Calcium (tablet), and some other pitavastatin tablet products are also approved for adults and children aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) — an inherited condition that causes very high LDL-C from birth. Zypitamag is labeled only for adults with primary hyperlipidemia; its labeling does not include the pediatric HeFH indication.

Pitavastatin Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Pitavastatin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Testolone — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
