Here's the thinking behind this pairing. Vumerity (diroximel fumarate) works by calming down an overactive immune response to help with MS. Eleuthero, on the other hand, has been studied as an herb that may rev the immune system up a bit. So in theory, the two could be pulling in opposite directions, and eleuthero might slightly blunt how well your MS medication does its job.

I want to be honest about the strength of this concern: it is theoretical, based mostly on lab and animal studies, not real-world cases in people taking Vumerity. So please don't panic. Still, because keeping your MS well-controlled matters, it's worth a quick chat with your neurologist or pharmacist before adding eleuthero rather than starting it on your own.
