Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the idea behind this pairing. Tezspire (tezepelumab) is a lab-made antibody that calms down part of your immune system to keep your airways from getting swollen and twitchy. Trichopus zeylanicus, on the other hand, has shown signs in animal studies of revving the immune system up. In theory, those two could work against each other, meaning your asthma control might slip a bit, with more wheezing, coughing, or chest tightness creeping back in.

I want to be honest with you though: this is a very weak, theoretical concern based only on animal and test-tube work, not real human data. We simply don't know much about this herb's safety. Before adding it, please check with your pharmacist or doctor, and don't change your Tezspire on your own.
