Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine
Acetaminophen, Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Zizyphus interacts with.
Animal research shows that zizyphus induces CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with this combo cold tablet. Some animal studies hint that zizyphus may speed up a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In theory, that could clear certain medicines a little faster, making them work less well. The good news is this effect has only been seen in lab and animal research, never confirmed in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
On top of that, the three ingredients here (acetaminophen for pain/fever, phenylephrine for congestion, and chlorpheniramine for sneezing and runny nose) aren't mainly handled by CYP1A2, so this particular interaction isn't a strong concern. If anything, watch for a bit more drowsiness, since both chlorpheniramine and zizyphus can feel calming. When in doubt, run it by your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acetaminophen, Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine page
“Super Cold Tabs earns more caution than a cold remedy usually gets. It combines acetaminophen, the decongestant phenylephrine, and the antihistamine chlorpheniramine, and 14 of the 289 supplements on file interact at a major level, so those are the ones to understand first.”
