Lorcaserin (Belviq) curbs appetite by stimulating serotonin receptors, which is exactly why I would slow down before pairing it with supplements. Half the entries below also push serotonin higher, and stacking them can edge toward serotonin syndrome, a dangerous serotonin overload. Lithium is the one to understand first, since it can both raise and hide that risk, and activated charcoal earns the other top rating because it can soak up the drug before your body absorbs it.

Most of the rest are fibers, gums, and charcoals that blunt absorption of anything swallowed, so keep them well separated from your dose. Three, yohimbe among them, may build up in the body because lorcaserin slows the enzyme that clears them.
