- 0.5% agnuside and 0.4% aucubin
- The berry of Vitex agnus-castus, or Chastetree, contains an aromatic oil with iridoid glycosides (monoterpenes) (agnuside, aucubin and eurostosid) and flavonoids (casticin, chryso splenol and vitexin). This extract is standardized at 0.5% agnuside and 0.4% aucubin.
