Cordyceps
Cordyceps is a type of fungi that grows on insects and other small animals. It is found in many parts of the world, including Asia, Europe, and North America but when used as a dietary supplement, specific cells (Cs-4 strain) of the fungus can be cultivated in a laboratory. In traditional medicine, cordyceps is used to treat a wide range of health conditions, including respiratory problems, fatigue, and weakness. It is also used to improve athletic performance and boost the immune system but more research is needed to fully understand its effects and potential risks

Reincarnation of Tibetan Cordyceps
- Wild Cordyceps sinensis is one of the most precious and expensive herbs in the entire world. The best Cordyceps grows in the Himalayas at around 15,000 feet elevation, just below the snowline. It has been revered in Tibetan and Chinese herbalism as a life-enhancing superstar for centuries. Rare, potent and balanced, more precious than gold, Wild Cordyceps tonifies both the kidney and the lungs and supports sexual functions, brain power, structural integrity, and immunity. Cordyceps is a major lung tonic.
|
Formulation |
- It can be used to strengthen respiratory power. It is a powerful athletes' tonic by improving athletic performance and muscle-building capability.
- Fortunately, a recent breakthrough in mycoculture has made it possble to "culture" the mushroom in a wild-simulated environment and make it available to the world at a reasonable everyman's price.
|
General Statements |
- Previously, the rare supply and prohibitively elevated price of wild Cordyceps make it difficult for most people to consume.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: Add the amount of botanicals per a recipe, as desired, or as directed by a health practitioner. The proper way of extracting botanicals depends on parts used. Flowers, fruits and leaves can usually be steeped or decocted (boiling over fire) while stems, barks and roots typically require decocting.
In a Desktop Botanical Garden Glass Tea & Elixir maker, add 1 part botanical(s) and 5-8 parts water, steep or decoct for 5-20 minutes. You can boil water directly in the elixir maker. Repeat this process for 2nd or 3rd extraction until all active constituents have been extracted.

Precautions |
- Manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts.
