The powder also contains inactive ingredients — malic acid, natural flavors, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, and beet powder — which are fillers, sweeteners, and flavorings.

How safe is it?

Overall, the checked ingredients are generally well tolerated short-term in healthy adults, though long-term safety for several isn't well studied. Beta-Alanine commonly causes a harmless tingling sensation and skin flushing that usually starts on the scalp within 20 minutes and lasts about an hour.
Creatine may cause water retention, muscle cramps, diarrhea, and gastrointestinal upset; people with kidney problems should be cautious. Taurine can cause constipation, diarrhea, and upset stomach, and rare hypersensitivity reactions have been reported in people allergic to sulfonamides or sulfites.
Glutamine may cause bloating, gas, constipation, nausea, headache, and gastrointestinal pain at higher doses. During pregnancy, L-Ornithine and Beta-Alanine have insufficient safety data — best avoided.
Creatine safety in pregnancy hasn't been established — avoid it. Taurine is rated Likely Safe in pregnancy.
L-Glutamine is also Likely Safe. While breastfeeding, L-Ornithine, Beta-Alanine, and creatine lack sufficient safety information — avoid them.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop with 16-32 ounces of water and take daily. On workout days: If using as a pre-workout, take 1 scoop 30-45 minutes prior to your workout. If using an alternate pre-workout, take at least 4 hours before or after your pre-workout.
Precautions

Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, taurine might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Some clinical evidence suggests that taurine can reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Lithium
Theoretically, taurine might reduce excretion and increase plasma levels of lithium.
Taurine is thought to have diuretic properties, which might reduce the excretion of lithium.
L-Glutamine, Fermented
Anticonvulsants
Theoretically, glutamine might antagonize the effects of anticonvulsant medications.
Glutamine is metabolized to the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate. Glutamate might have antagonistic effects with anticonvulsant drugs. However, this interaction has not yet been reported in humans.
