| Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Suggested use: Adults: take one (1) capsule daily with a glass of water as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your physician.
Do not exceed recommended dose.
Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. If stomach upset occurs, take with food or following a meal.

- Avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours before or after you take this product, especially an antibiotic, antacid or thyroid medication. This product can make it harder for you to absorb certain drugs.
- Warning: Accidental overdose of iron containing supplements is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately.
- Warnings: The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a physician.
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medicines.
- This product may occasionally cause constipation, diarrhea or nausea, or may color stool black.
- As with any supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing ask a health professional before use.
