- Read entire directions and follow carefully
Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, with water take two (2) to eight (8) tablets daily, in divided doses, with meals and at bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Important: Do not exceed more than 100 mg of supplemental zinc per day. First-time users, very gradually increase dose over a period of three or four weeks. May be beneficial to take dietary fiber, especially psyllium fiber, on a daily basis.
