Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take with plain cool water two (2) tablets daily, in divided doses with meals and at bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Benefits are continued daily dose dependent.
Important: Take with plain cool water only. First-time users, start with one (1) tablet daily and gradually increase dose over a few days. May be beneficial to also take psyllium dietary fiber on a daily basis.
