- Directions for use: Usage for first-time users: Take two caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning, two caplets midday and two caplets at night for 60 days. After achieving some level of relief try a maintenance dosage. Usage for maintenance: Take one caplet in the morning, one caplet midday and one caplet in the evening (three caplets total) on an ongoing basis. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take Lipo-Flavonoid with food.
