That said, the data come with caveats: there's potential concern that live probiotic organisms, in rare cases, might cause infection in people with weakened immune systems or certain serious illnesses, and a few isolated cases of serious infections (bacteremia, sepsis, endocarditis) have been tied to Lactobacillus acidophilus, though these are thought to arise from bacteria that translocated from elsewhere in the body rather than from the supplement itself.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended adult intake: Contents of one serrated blister pack strip: 1 tablet, 1 softgel, 1 capsule (brown), 1 capsule (off-white), all taken once daily with a meal, at least two to three hours before or after taking medications, or as professionally directed. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.

Precautions
