Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
This 8-ingredient formula contains three live probiotic bacteria — Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium animalis lactis, and Bacillus coagulans — plus Bacillus subtilis DE111. It also includes several bacteriophages (LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, and LL12-Myoviridae), which are viruses that target certain bacteria, along with PreforPro, a branded prebiotic blend meant to feed the good bacteria.
The formula rounds out with inactive ingredients like hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pectin, maltodextrin, and medium chain triglyceride as binders and capsule material.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Lactobacillus acidophilus is rated possibly effective for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Helicobacter pylori infection, antibiotic-associated diarrhea, and bacterial vaginosis. Bacillus coagulans shows possibly effective evidence for constipation and IBS, though its evidence for antibiotic-associated diarrhea and athletic performance is still insufficient to rate.
Bacillus subtilis DE111 is rated possibly effective for antibiotic-associated diarrhea only. For most other conditions — from athletic performance to cirrhosis to diabetes — the evidence we have is either insufficient to rate or negative.
The bacteriophages and PreforPro in this formula don't have effectiveness data on file with us.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bacillus coagulans, and Bacillus subtilis DE111 are generally well tolerated in healthy adults, though the data are limited for some of these ingredients. Since they contain live microorganisms, there's a small theoretical risk of infection in people with weakened immune systems or central lines — most reported cases have occurred in hospitalized or severely ill patients.
Gastrointestinal side effects like stomach discomfort, bloating, gas, diarrhea, or nausea are uncommon but possible when you start probiotics. One clinical trial found a rash with itching in a small number of participants, though it's unclear whether the probiotic or another factor caused it.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Antibiotics are the main concern. Since Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bacillus coagulans, and Bacillus subtilis DE111 all contain live organisms, taking antibiotics at the same time may kill them and make the probiotic less effective.
Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about spacing your antibiotic and this supplement several hours apart.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product may help with IBS, constipation, or antibiotic-associated diarrhea, depending on which bacteria do the work. If you take antibiotics, talk with your doctor or pharmacist about timing — you'll need to space them apart from this supplement so the antibiotics don't kill off the live probiotics.
Healthy adults typically tolerate it well, but if your immune system is compromised or you have serious illness, check with your doctor first.

Since these probiotics rely on live bacteria to work, taking them at the same time as antibiotics defeats their purpose. You'll want to space them out — your doctor or pharmacist can tell you the right timing for your specific antibiotic and dose.
Additionally, we couldn't check several ingredients in this formula: Bifidobacterium animalis lactis, LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, and LL12-Myoviridae. PreforPro and Probiotic Bacteria are blend containers whose components are listed separately above.
