Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule for every 11 pounds of body weight for the first 3 weeks - NOT TO EXCEED 18 CAPSULES DAILY. Take in equal amounts 15 minutes before meals. Thereafter take 4 to 6 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
