This is an over-the-counter kit product containing multiple active ingredients typically used to relieve symptoms of colds and flu, including cough, congestion, and body discomfort. Acetaminophen is commonly included to reduce fever and pain, while dextromethorphan functions as a cough suppressant. Doxylamine succinate is a sleep aid antihistamine often added to nighttime cold formulas, and phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant typically used to relieve nasal congestion. The kit format allows separate daytime and nighttime dosing options.
