Clinical
This is an over-the-counter ear wax removal liquid containing carbamide peroxide at a strength of 6.5 grams per 100 milliliters. Applied topically to the ear canal, carbamide peroxide is commonly used to help soften and break down earwax buildup. It works by releasing oxygen when it contacts earwax, which helps loosen the material so it may drain or be removed more easily. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for over-the-counter ear wax removal products.
