Clinical
This is an oral film-coated tablet containing docusate sodium and sennosides, marketed as an over-the-counter monograph product. Docusate sodium is a stool softener typically used to make bowel movements easier by helping retain moisture in stool. Sennosides are plant-derived compounds commonly used as a stimulant laxative to encourage bowel movement. The combination is intended for people seeking relief from constipation through both softening stool and promoting intestinal activity.
