Hydrocodone, Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Allspice interacts with.

Theoretically, combining allspice with an antiplatelet or anticoagulant drug might increase the risk of bleeding.
Eugenol, a constituent of allspice, is reported to have antiplatelet activity. However, this interaction has yet not been reported in humans.

Here's the thing to know about Vicoprofen: it's a combo of hydrocodone (an opioid for pain) and ibuprofen, which is an NSAID. Ibuprofen on its own can already nudge up your bleeding risk and can irritate the stomach lining. Allspice contains eugenol, a compound that in lab studies appears to make platelets a little less sticky.

So in theory, pairing the two could add up to a slightly higher chance of bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding. I want to be honest, though: this is a theoretical concern based on pharmacology, and it has not actually been reported in people. Normal cooking amounts of allspice are very unlikely to matter. Concentrated extracts or the essential oil are where I'd be more cautious. If you use those regularly, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
