Methyltestosterone falls under Androgens — the group Andarine interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: both Andarine and methyltestosterone push on the same androgen receptors in your body. Methyltestosterone is already a potent oral male hormone, so stacking a SARM like Andarine on top doesn't create a new problem so much as pile more androgen activity onto an already strong dose. That can add up to more of the effects you'd expect from testosterone itself: acne, oily skin, hair thinning, mood swings or irritability, a stronger sex drive, and in women, deeper voice or unwanted facial hair. Both can also stress the liver, so doubling up may raise that risk.
This is rated a possible, theoretical interaction, so it isn't proven, but it's a sensible caution. Honestly, Andarine isn't an approved or legal supplement, and I'd steer clear of it. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with methyltestosterone.
